Owner Thorgills Estate and Lettings Agents Owner F&C License across West London and Fulham 15 years in estate agency, 13 as the owner of Thorgills, and three as the licensee for Fine & Country West London. Thorgills opened in 2008 as a letting’s specialist, winning a host of awards over the years, including being voted best lettings agency of our size in the UK, three times. In 2015 we launched our sales offering and have subsequently risen to become the number one market share agent in our core patch, selling one in three of all properties locally. In 2019 we reduced our branch footprint from five branches to one, focusing our sales efforts on the immediate postcodes, and allowing lettings to cover the same size patch as our original branch network, this restructure has proved to be a strong commercial decision, notwithstanding the past 12 months, which saw us heavily impacted COVID-19. We launched Fine & Country three times in order to find the best way to operate the model. In the final iteration we have found real success, allowing the team to operate as a stand-alone business, applying our historic systems to this premium brand offering. In 2021 the team won the award for best operator in the entire Fine & Country network of 300 locations.
